La Palma Intercommunity Hospital is a full-service, general acute care hospital with 141 licensed beds. Since 1972, the la palma hospital has provided primary and secondary acute care services to residents of both Los Angeles and Orange countries. The La Palma Hospital is a recognized leader in healthcare delivery offering in-patient and out-patient services, and is a major provider of women’s care, mental health services and wound care along with providing comprehensive medical-surgical services.
La Palma Intercommunity Hospital is owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. a progressive, innovative and rapidly expanding hospital management company in Southern California. Prime Healthcare Services was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, MD, FACC, FCCP, a cardiologist, entrepreneur and a dedicated philanthropist who serves as a Chairman of the Board. Dr. Prem Reddy is Board-Cerdasdtified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.
